Your Right to Cancel
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act:
Three-Day Cancellation Period: You have the right to cancel your contract with us without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date you sign the agreement.

Your cancellation notice must be postmarked or emailed before midnight of the third business day following the contract signing.
Refund Policy
Full Refund: If you cancel within the three-day cancellation period, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
No Refunds After Services Rendered: If services have been fully performed and completed, and the three-day cancellation period has passed, refunds are not available.

Compliance with Federal Laws
No Advance Fees: In compliance with CROA, we do not charge advance fees for credit repair services. Payment is only collected after services have been rendered.
Truthful Representation: We do not make false or misleading statements about our services, as prohibited by CROA and enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Written Contracts: All agreements are provided in writing, detailing the services to be performed, payment terms, and your rights, including the right to cancel.
